Indirect Tax Specialist

Job Title: Indirect Tax Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review Accounts Payable invoices to ensure tax amounts are accurate.

• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns across applicable jurisdictions.

• Assist with managing customer and supplier exemption certificates.

• Reconcile the Sales and Use Tax liability account on a monthly basis.

• Support property tax processes, including invoice entry and payment coordination.

• Train Accounts Payable staff on correct tax coding and related procedures

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in indirect tax including sales tax, use tax, or property tax.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP.

• Experience with tax software.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lansdale, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Lansdale,PA.
