Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Shipping Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in Bensalem, PA. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse and shipping professional who takes ownership of daily outbound shipping activity, supports inventory accuracy, and helps keep warehouse operations moving efficiently.

The Senior Shipping Clerk will play a key role in coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, verifying order accuracy, and communicating with warehouse teams, drivers, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities

- Process outbound shipments accurately and on schedule while maintaining shipping quality standards.
- Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and related documentation.
- Verify orders, quantities, product condition, and shipment details before release.
- Support cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and discrepancy research or resolution.
- Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, customer service, and internal departments to coordinate workflow.
- Assist with daily priorities, department coordination, safety practices, and operational efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year.
- Location: Bensalem, PA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate daily outbound shipping activity and ensure shipments are processed correctly.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and labels.
- Support inventory control through cycle counts, order verification, and discrepancy resolution.
- Communicate across warehouse, transportation, and internal departments to keep operations on track.

- 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience.
- ERP system experience required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse environment.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with warehouse teams, drivers, and internal partners.

Preferred Qualifications

- Senior, lead, or coordinator-level shipping or warehouse experience.
- SAP experience.
- Experience supporting inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse workflow coordination.
