Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Oversee professional development of team members
• Review high-level federal and corporate tax returns
• Prepare ASC 740 and review tax provisions
• Conduct tax planning and research
• Participate in business development activities and achieve revenue targets

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on S-Corps, Partnerships and/or privately held organizations
• CPA is a plus
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
• Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in tax preparation, research, and planning software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
