Injection Mold Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $24.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm)
Operate and maintain plastic injection molding equipment, including presses, molds, robots, and material feeders.
- Monitor machines, check for abnormalities, and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
- Maintain and troubleshoot supporting systems (dryers, hydraulic systems, cooling systems, conveyors, forklifts, packaging equipment).
- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications.
- Conduct preventative and unplanned machine maintenance; document machine changes and repairs.
Injection Mold Operator Qualifications:
- Formal technical training or equivalent manufacturing experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial machinery.
- Basic computer skills to operate automated equipment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions (English).
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift as required.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
