Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for premium food brands and building winning partnerships? Savencia Cheese USA is looking for a Divisional Sales Manager to lead growth for our iconic Rogue Creamery® and Haute Fromagerie® brands across the Eastern U.S.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer development, broker leadership, and data‑driven strategy —and who wants to help elevate world‑class cheeses in retail and foodservice channels.

What You’ll Do

• Drive volume, distribution, and net sales growth for our Premium Brands business
• Lead customer development : negotiate assortments, promotions, and sales plans that win at retail and foodservice
• Build and manage a best‑in‑class broker network , including KPIs, performance tracking, and execution
• Own territory planning, forecasting, and promotional strategy aligned with national objectives
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Demand Planning, Customer Service, and internal Savencia teams
• Monitor market and competitive trends to inform smarter commercial decisions

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 3–5+ years of retail or regional sales management experience
• Proven success selling in the Eastern U.S.
• Strong broker management and customer negotiation experience
• CPG background (national account and national distribution experience a plus)
• Analytical, results‑driven mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills

Role Details

• Exempt, full‑time position
• Core hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexibility required)
• Up to 50% travel , including overnight
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
