Sales Coordinator Premier HVAC Services Full-Time | MonFri | Office-Based | Customer-Facing Role

Are you an energetic, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Premier HVAC Services is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. If youre organized, motivated, and ready to play a critical role in helping our sales department succeed we want to meet you!

Position Overview

As our Sales Coordinator , youll be the hub of our sales operations. Youll qualify incoming leads, schedule and dispatch Comfort Advisors, and ensure our sales processes run smoothly from first call to final paperwork. This role is perfect for someone who loves customer interaction, is tech-savvy, and has a passion for organization and teamwork.

Who Were Looking For

Education: High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors preferred
Experience: Sales support, customer service, or office admin experience (HVAC/service industry preferred)
Skills: Strong computer/data entry skills, CRM experience, and scheduling systems
Strengths: Highly organized, multitasker, and detail-oriented
Personality: Excellent communicator (phone, email, and in person) with a customer-first mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and qualify leads using company processes
• Schedule sales appointments and dispatch Comfort Advisors
• Maintain and update customer records, lead sources, and sales tracking systems
• Prepare customer financing paperwork when required
• Provide reporting to management (sales closure rates, lead sources, sales backlog, spiff updates, etc.)
• Support coordination between Service, Maintenance, and Sales teams for lead turnovers
  Debrief with Comfort Advisors post-appointment and log results in the CRM
• Track lost leads and follow up with customers to re-engage them
• Represent Premier HVAC at community and company events
