Frederick Living, part of Garden Spot Communities, is located in Zieglerville, PA (Montgomery County). We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full spectrum of care from retirement living, personal care, licensed healthcare, rehabilitation services, respite to memory care services.

Job Title: Skilled Maintenance Technician

Status: Full Time Day

Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm

Salary Range: Experienced based range between $28-$32/hr

As a Skilled Maintenance Technician, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for building systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and mechanical rounds.
• Participate in annual inspections (e.g., boiler, elevator, Life Safety).
• Assist with contractor communications, scheduling, and pricing.
• Attend construction planning meetings and participate in walkthroughs and punch list inspections.
• Participate in on-call rotation, weekend, and holiday coverage.
• Assist Grounds Department with snow and ice removal.
• Perform minor carpentry and general facility upkeep.
