The Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and team coordination. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining a welcoming environment for guests, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The Dining Room Manager works closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for all guests. Must be Serv-Safe Certified or become certified within probationary hire period. Must be Ramp Certified.

Requirements:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families and co-workers.
2. Associate or bachelor’s degree in culinary field preferred.
3. 2-3 years’ experience in a restaurant setting. Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus.
4. Computer knowledge required, experience using Word, Excel, POS.
