Bartender
- Execute a diverse beverage program according to house recipes, measurements, and guest preferences
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to create rapport with guests
- Maintain a holistic, team-first approach to hospitality to ensure the success of the entire service is a priority as well as the craft behind the bar
- Demonstrate strong multitasking and prioritization skills to keep service running smoothly
- Model a high standard of personal accountability, reliably overseeing point-of-sale operations and cash reconciliation
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests
- Possess knowledge and enthusiasm for all aspects of the beverage program and the ability to convey your interest to guests and colleagues
- Take pride in the cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times
