ITOM Business Analyst/Product Owner

Job Description:
- Focus: Bridging business requirements with technical ITOM capabilities to drive operational maturity, CMDB accuracy, and automated IT service management.
- Key Responsibilities: Analyzing requirements, conducting stakeholder workshops, designing CSDM-aligned solutions, supporting CMDB strategy, and managing the ITOM project lifecycle, including UAT and production validation. Focus on end-to-end Discovery infrastructure visibility, designing custom integrations via IntegrationHub, optimizing Event Management streams, and governing Network Asset synchronization.
