Administrative Assistant
Cohen Seglias is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Pittsburgh office. This position provides direct administrative support to assigned attorneys, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting colleagues with overflow and providing backup when needed.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of heavy litigation experience, including extensive e-filing knowledge, and must demonstrate strong proficiency with legal technology and document management systems – iManage experience is strongly preferred.
