Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer is expanding and is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Mobile Trailer Technician to join our team. Based out of our Bensalem, PA location, this pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our trailer rental and leasing customer base and securing consistent fleet maintenance work.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

• Perform mobile diesel diagnostics, fleet maintenance, and mechanical repairs

• Conduct FHWA inspections and trailer repairs including:

  • Braking systems, suspensions, electrical systems, air lines

  • Light bodywork (e.g., corner caps, doors, tracks)

• Deliver service in a safe, timely, and professional manner

• Build strong relationships by interacting courteously with customers and representing Penn Jersey with professionalism

• Maintain communication with managers and participate in continuous skills training and coaching

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

• Proven work ethic, reliability, and a track record of job stability

• Intermediate diesel repair knowledge, including:

  • Diagnostics, brake systems, electrical, and preventive maintenance

• Basic to advanced trailer repair experience

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with customers

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow under management coaching

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Pay Range: USD $24.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.
