Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Doctor of Chiropractic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident in manual adjusting, comfortable in a high-volume family and athletic environment, and eager to learn from seasoned doctors in a supportive, mentorship-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and individualized care plans

Perform comprehensive exams, re-evaluations, and progress assessments

Utilize diagnostic imaging and functional analysis when necessary

Educate patients on posture, rehabilitation, and lifestyle habits

Collaborate closely with fellow doctors and support staff for efficient patient flow

Contribute to community events, outreach, and local marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college

Active (or eligible) Pennsylvania Chiropractic License

Proficiency in diversified techniques; familiarity with soft tissue work a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first philosophy

Passion for helping families, athletes, and wellness-minded patients achieve optimal health

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $65,000 $80,000 (DOE)

Bonus Structure: Performance and production-based incentives
