CRNA – Ortho & 10 hr Shifts in the Philadelphia Suburbs - $80K Bonus
This CRNA opportunity is ideal for providers who enjoy a strong orthopedic case mix in a predictable, weekday-only setting. The role is primarily focused on ortho cases, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule of four 10 hour shifs and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays , offering excellent work–life balance.
The position is located in the western Philadelphia suburbs , an area known for its highly rated school districts, suburban neighborhoods, and easy access to major highways connecting to Center City Philadelphia, the Main Line, and surrounding counties. Providers enjoy a comfortable lifestyle with access to parks, dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation while avoiding the congestion of city living.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus an $80,000 bonus, six weeks of PTO, full benefits, CME allowance, retirement contributions, and paid malpractice coverage. This is a strong long-term opportunity for CRNAs seeking stability, high-quality orthopedic work, and a desirable suburban lifestyle.
