Front of House Team Member (Part-Time)

$15–$20/hr Including Tips | Weekends Required

About Us:
The Borscht Belt Delicatessen is a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on great food, warm hospitality, and smooth operations. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House team member to join our crew.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking someone with great energy, a professional appearance, and strong customer-service instincts. This role supports both counter service and table service while ensuring takeout orders are accurate and handled quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Expedite and organize takeout orders with accuracy and speed
• Operate a cash register and POS system confidently
• Provide excellent customer service at the counter and in the dining room
• Assist with table service as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Multitask effectively during busy hours
• Work collaboratively with the team
• Deli or food-service experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Weekend availability is required
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional during rushes
• Previous FOH, register, or expediting experience preferred

Compensation:

• Part-time position
• $15–$20 per hour including tips
