AristaCare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) or ENT physician practice to provide on-site tracheostomy and airway management services for a ventilator-dependent patient population.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Active medical license and ability to credential at the facility
Proficiency in airway management, including:
Tracheostomy placement, changes, and ongoing maintenance
Experience caring for tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients
Experience may include hands-on practice, simulation, or supervised/observational training
Strong clinical judgment and focus on patient safety in a long-term or specialty care environment
