ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, based in Philadelphia, PA.

As our Experienced Analyst - Lease Administrator, you'll support the GSA's Lease Contract Administration by conducting annual lease file reviews and operating cost adjustments, managing tax adjustments, and processing ownership changes. You'll work closely with stakeholders including Lessors, Contracting Officers, Legal Counsel, and Finance to resolve issues and ensure compliance with lease terms.
