Field Support Technician

job summary:
This is an onsite position in Mechanicsburg, and an Active Secret Clearance is required.

You will join a high-performing team as the "face" of our logistics operation, working alongside field technicians to provide a seamless, end-to-end installation experience.

responsibilities:

• Provide the unboxing and initial assembly of video teleconferencing equipment.
• Provide the unboxing and initial power up of printers and MFD's
• Cleanup of the area removing all packaging and debris.
• Provide for the removal of existing equipment
• Place removed equipment in storage and/or prepare for shipment to a disposal facility.
• Inventorying and validation of asset records to track all equipment

qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance

- Valid Driver's License

- Proven experience in delivery/installation (laptops, printers, VTC's, appliances, furniture, or office equipment) preferred.

- Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds

- Technologically proficient - possess the ability to effectively use, understand, and adapt to digital tools and systems to achieve personal or business goals.

- Comfortable driving box trucks and vans, and skilled in using specialized transport tools (stair climbers, dollies, etc.).
