Role:
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is looking for recruiters, account managers, and staffing specialists! As a Recruiter, you'll run a full desk and work with our clients, account managers, candidates, and others to identify, screen, interview, present and hire qualified candidates for contract, temporary to permanent and permanent positions. This position will have a focus on accounting and finance positions but will still have the ability to work cross functionally on all types of positions including HR, IT, Engineering, Administrative, Sales, etc. Typically positions that you'll be recruiting on are accountants, auditors, financial analysts, finance manager, financial reporting accountants, billing, receivables, collections, advisory, wealth management, paralegals, attorney, legal billing, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Market potential legal applicants to established clientele
- Develop marketing plans and target organizations across the country
- Cold call potential clients
- Negotiate fee arrangements/Contracts with prospective clients
- Create and publish job advertisements and job descriptions for legal positions
- Source and network with all types of legal, accounting, finance, and administrative professionals from job boards, LinkedIn, social medical, and networking events
- Prescreen applicants by phone and in person
- Present applicants to current legal clientele
- Arrange, confirm, schedule and plan in person, virtual and phone interviews
- Prepare applicants for interviews with background information on the law firms
- Become an advisor to applicants during interview process
- Act as a liaison between clients and applicants during interview process
- Give formal offers to applicants during offer stage in hiring process
- Handle any issues with job offers, Counter offers, Benefits issues etc.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant sales or prior recruiting experience; would consider someone with a strong sales background or human resources internship
- Prior Accounting, finance, or legal experience is a huge plus but not required
- Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
