We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at Oil City Nursing and Rehab in Oil City, Pennsylvania, United States.
About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Oil City Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver personalized care, assistance, and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where every resident feels valued and respected.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and transfer assistance
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement resident care plans
Participate in resident activities and recreation programs
Demonstrate knowledge of infection control, safety, and fire safety procedures
