Restoration Technician (Contents & Pack-Out Focus)

We are seeking a Restoration Technician with a strong focus on contents handling and pack-out services for residential and commercial restoration projects in Huntingdon Valley, PA.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in contents cleaning, pack-outs, inventory, and restoration support, while still being part of a full restoration team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform contents pack-outs and pack-backs
• Inventory, label, wrap, and safely transport customer belongings
• Clean and restore contents affected by water, fire, or smoke damage
• Load/unload contents and equipment from company vehicles
• Assist with light demolition and job site prep as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory lists
• Ensure contents are handled with care and professionalism
• Keep warehouse and vehicles organized and clean
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements

• Prior contents technician or restoration experience preferred
• Experience with pack-outs, moving, cleaning, or restoration a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Professional attitude when working in customer homes
• Willingness to work overtime or on-call if needed
