Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Project Manager.

Position type: Full time - Contract

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Philadelphia, PA

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for working with cross-functional teams and various levels to define and meet project requirements and deliverables.
• Planning, organizing, facilitating meetings and leading projects that support end to end operational readiness aligned with the business goals of Service Operations as well as key functional areas within Independence that support Group, Consumer and Medicare product implementations.
• Support in key functional areas include but are not limited to Medicare Product Management, Medicare Service Operations, Product Management, Regulatory Compliance, Pharmacy Services, Underwriting, Sales, etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

• An undergraduate degree.
• A minimum of 5 years’ progressive employment experience in a health insurance organization and demonstrated experience in project management is required, experience to effectively utilize project management software and other Microsoft office applications (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively and have excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience to effectively interact and give direction to staff at all levels of the organization, including senior staff, is required.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $50 - $54 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
