Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Audit Senior or Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing practices and regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead audit teams effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Review and assess financial statements and internal controls
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards and regulations
- Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in public accounting
- Proven experience in managing audit teams and projects
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
