Mental Health Therapist - Pennsylvania, Part-Time 1099 - Remote

This position is 100% remote. Working days are Monday-Friday with potential Saturday opportunities!

About the Role

We're building the first scalable and integrated model in mental healthcare for kids and teens, and therapists like you are at the heart of it. You'll use evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and empower our members to achieve their goals. You'll partner closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and case managers, to provide comprehensive, whole-person, whole-family care. What You'll Do

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support our members in reaching their full potential.
Collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to deliver integrated care.
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative therapy protocols and techniques.
Participate in training on our unique curriculum and collaborative care model.
Who You Are

A licensed LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC.
Experienced in pediatric trauma work (required).
EMDR trained (preferred).
Licensed in Pennsylvania (and other states are a plus!).
Tech-savvy and comfortable providing telehealth services via video.
Highly organized and energized by a dynamic team environment.
A warm, engaging, and empathetic clinical style.
Passionate about empowering kids and teens to achieve their goals.
Available to work evening hours.
Open to potential Saturday opportunities.
