Part-Time Production Team Member
The Bug Company is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Production Team Member. This is a Part-Time position that requires the successful candidate to work on-site at our facility in Hellertown, PA. If you are passionate about insects and interested in contributing to the production process of our high-quality products, then we want to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily production of insect products
- Follow established procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of products
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Adhere to policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dusty, dirty environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work directly with and handle live insects.
Shift:
Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
**Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and company needs*
Pay:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
