Bookkeeper
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to support daily office operations and oversee core accounting and administrative functions. This is a fully onsite role in West Chester, PA, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small-to-mid-sized business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes

Utilize QuickBooks for data entry, reconciliations, and financial tracking

Pull and prepare financial and payroll-related reports as needed

Perform accurate and timely data entry across accounting and administrative systems
Payroll Support

Coordinate with an external payroll service (Payroll Factory)

Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time for salaried and hourly employees

Review payroll reports and verify accuracy before and after processing
Office Management & Administrative Support

Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

Manage and stock office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed

Provide general administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills and Requirements

Prior experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks

Working knowledge of AR/AP and payroll processes

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable handling both accounting tasks and front-office responsibilities

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in an onsite environment
