You’re a detail-driven accounting professional with a solid background in accounts payable. You thrive managing multiple tasks, enjoy problem-solving, and maintain a high level of accuracy in high-volume environments. You’re comfortable using ERP systems and Excel, and you communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and colleagues. Above all, you take pride in your accountability and follow-through.

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and in line with company policies
• Manage a high volume of invoices efficiently and on time
• Perform 3-way matches (purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices)
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Obtain necessary approvals and process employee expenses and check requests
• Handle accounts payable email inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Audit and process corporate credit card statements
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding payments
• Support month-end close and assist auditors with documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of AP principles and procedures
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel especially) and ERP/accounting software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with professionalism
