Accounts Payable Analyst

You’re a detail-driven accounting professional with a solid background in accounts payable. You thrive managing multiple tasks, enjoy problem-solving, and maintain a high level of accuracy in high-volume environments. You’re comfortable using ERP systems and Excel, and you communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and colleagues. Above all, you take pride in your accountability and follow-through.
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and in line with company policies
- Manage a high volume of invoices efficiently and on time
- Perform 3-way matches (purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Obtain necessary approvals and process employee expenses and check requests
- Handle accounts payable email inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Audit and process corporate credit card statements
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding payments
- Support month-end close and assist auditors with documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Strong understanding of AP principles and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel especially) and ERP/accounting software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with professionalism
