What You'll Do:
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers and internal departments by:
- Providing friendly, responsive support to internal and external customers
- Managing incoming phone calls and email inquiries
- Accurately entering customer orders into our system
- Assisting customers with product or service questions and resolving issues quickly
- Following up to ensure customer needs are fully met
- Supporting special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear written communication
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude
- Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Odyssey software is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment
