2nd Shift Electronic Assembler Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm )

• Assemble electronic components and subassemblies, including power supplies and routers, according to work instructions and schematics.
• Perform electronic testing to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
• Work with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components and equipment.
• Perform soldering (through-hole and/or SMT) to IPC or company standards.
• Operate within production flow lines, supporting team-based manufacturing processes.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct assembly or component issues when possible.
• Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout the assembly process.
• Follow detailed work instructions for more complex and technical assemblies.
• Accurately complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

2nd Shift Electronic Assembler Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Electronic Assembler, SMT Operator, or similar role preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SMT components, soldering, and electronic testing.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Experience assembling power supplies, routers, or similar electronic equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, flow-line environment.
• Comfortable performing detailed and complex assembly tasks.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical manufacturing environment.
