Pittsburgh area company in need of a part-time Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
· Answer phone and greet visitors
· Provide customer service in expediting orders of customers and suppliers.
· Assist with preparation and entry of A/P and A/R
· Maintaining files of customer and supplier paperwork
· Preparation of quotes and related correspondence
Requirements:
· Previous like general office and administrative experience
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient MSOffice skills
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Team player with a willingness to assist where needed
