The Software Engineer Lead serves as the primary technical authority for the team, driving design, development, and delivery of enterprise payment solutions within Corporate & Institutional Banking. This role focuses on building and enhancing B2B payment systems, including SWIFT and real-time payment platforms. The lead will provide hands-on development, technical direction, and mentorship while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. Must Have
• Java (Strong backend development)
• API / Microservices development
• CI/CD Pipeline (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.)
• MongoDB
• Oracle Database
• OpenShift / OCP (Kubernetes platform experience) Nice to Have
• Payments domain experience (Corporate / B2B Payments)
• SWIFT Network knowledge

• IPF (Immediate Payment Framework)
