Thisinternship is designed for current college students, undergraduate or graduateseeking a career in commercial real estate. Participation in the program isintended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the commercial real estatebusiness and valuable skills, earned by working alongside dedicatedprofessionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estateservices firm.

Theinternship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with astrong foundation upon which to build your commercial real estate sales career.The program provides you with an outstanding perspective on our coordinatedservice lines. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning anddevelopment activities designed especially for you.

What you'lldo

• Conductcompany, property and industry-specific research

• Leadand update prospects in an internal tracking database

• Assistin developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials

• Tracklocal and regional activity, e.g., economy, employment statistics, companyactivity, industry trends and demographics that affect the local real estatemarket

• Contributeto projects in support of business development

• Provide support with current deals, includingmarket surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, financialanalysis

Whatyou'll need

Thisinternship is designed for candidates with a strong academic background.Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused, seeking to excel inthe commercial real estate industry.

• Current college junior,senior, or graduate level student

• Desire to work in thecommercial real estate industry

• Experience with MSOffice with preferred experience in Salesforce and Tableau

• Strong presentationskills

• Ability to network anddevelop positive relationships

• Diligent and highlyorganized

• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills

• Strong written and oralcommunication skills

• Ability to workindependently and collaboratively
