Executive Communication

Storyline Development: Ability to craft compelling narratives for C-suite audiences.

Executive Voice: Polished written and verbal communication reflecting a senior leadership perspective.

Visual Design: High proficiency in PowerPoint for creating decision-ready presentations.

Domain Expertise

Data Architecture & Platforms: Understanding of Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS environments.

AI Enablement: Knowledge of LLMs, AI-readiness, and Knowledge Management.

Tech-to-Business Translation: Ability to explain complex tech concepts to non-technical executives.

Strategic Management

Consulting Background: Prior experience at an engagement manager level or top-tier firm.

OKR & Performance Tracking: Experience developing detailed scorecards and tracking IT-level metrics.

Stakeholder Management: Experience managing expectations and communications for direct reports to the C-suite.

Technical Tools

Advanced Excel: For data analysis and scorecard development.

Campaign Management: Experience with newsletters, leadership emails, and outbound comms.

Responsibilities:

Will own the development of executive-level materials for our C-suite and direct reports — from storyline development to crisp, decision-ready presentations.

Will support outbound communications (newsletters, leadership emails, campaigns) with polished, high-impact content that reflects an executive voice and enterprise perspective.

Will assist in the development of the detailed score cards for an IT-level AI-ready data OKR

Qualifications:

Senior-caliber contractor with prior engagement-manager–level consulting experience and/or MBA (or equivalent) with the ability to develop communications for C-suite and senior leadership.

Brings exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with polish expected of a former top-tier consulting engagement lead

Highly proficient in PowerPoint and excel

Domain expertise in Data Architecture, Data Platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS), and AI enablement (e.g., LLMs, knowledge management) and the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
