Locum MD (Medical Doctor), DO (Osteopathic Doctor) Neurology

As a Locum Neurologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating various neurological disorders. You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the highest standards of patient care while contributing to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the patient experience. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough neurological evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat a variety of neurological conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay updated on advancements in neurological practices and treatments
- Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with a focus in Neurology
- Associate-level experience in a clinical setting
- Current state medical license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neurological disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Schedule: Monday-Sunday,7:30a-5p
No call requirement
Patient Census: 10-20 per day
Duties: Inpatient rounding, consults, follow-ups, and discharges
Support Staff: Physicians, APC, residents, and fellows
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
