Full-Stack Engineer
Job Title: Fullstack Engineer
Location: Arlington VA (hybrid)
Salary: $200-300k/year
Requirements: Recent graduate from a TOP 20 Computer Science school with STRONG GPA, internship experience

Our engineers sit close to the trading desk, writing and testing code that directly supports high-stakes decisions. This is not a traditional software role - it's fast-paced, hands-on, and deeply tied to the energy markets.
What You'll Do
- Build and deploy full-stack applications in Python, PostgreSQL, React, and Dash .
- Deliver production-ready solutions in hours, not weeks - when traders need something, you make it happen.
- Tackle challenging subject matter: electrical grid modeling, physics-based risk analysis, and contingency planning .
- Write, test, and own your code end-to-end in a collaborative, small-team environment.

Compensation
- Competitive total package: $200K-$300K all-in
