Position Highlights

Your mission as an Evening Shift Mechanical Maintenance Technician is to lead the upkeep and repair of machinery, ensuring all systems—from mechanical to hydraulic—run seamlessly. Emergency repairs and timely replacements of vital parts are your expertise. Work hours are flexibly set from Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, providing competitive wages of $30-$32/hr with a bonus and differential.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, examining, and monitoring equipment health and performance.
• Executing repairs by dismantling equipment and integrating new components.
• Upholding lubrication and cleaning standards for essential machinery operations.
• Handling hydraulic and pneumatic systems’ installation and maintenance.
• Commitment to safety regulations and ensuring organized work zones.
• Facilitating product line transitions, tailoring systems to specifications.
• Liaising with management to resolve equipment issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification required.
• Two years of hands-on experience with industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting or an equal mix of experience and education.
• Experience with farm and automotive machinery is a plus but not mandatory.
