Summary:
Electrician and Electronics Specialists have a passion for solving complex electrical and electronic challenges. As an Electrician and Electronics Specialist , you’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the electrical systems that power our 24/7 production facility. Your expertise will ensure our equipment operates at peak performance while supporting critical facility projects. This role requires creating and implementing innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Install, modify, and repair electrical and electronic circuits, systems and controls to support production.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using laptops, testing equipment, hand tools and power tools.
• Follow National and Local Electrical Code guidelines, manufacturer specifications, and schematics
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency.
• Address and resolve infrastructure, facility, and production equipment issues to support 24/7 operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to complete projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using internet resources, technical manuals, phone support and email.
• Act as a resource for complex electrical and electronic challenges on cross-functional projects.
• Support facility operations by performing team tasks and auxiliary assignments.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Journeyman Electrician Certification.
• 4 year of trade school, technical school, junior college, or equivalent vocational prep.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience as an electrician.
• Master Electrician Certification.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Comfort with basic mathematics such as decimals, metric units, and dimensions.
