Overview

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is skilled in performing tasks such as clerical and related office functions. Core responsibilities include administrative duties including travel planning, expense reimbursement support, information and communications organization, meeting and event planning/execution. This role will sit in our Philadelphia office 4 days a week.

How you'll make an impact

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Gallagher Re employees in our Philadelphia office
  • Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
  • Help manage flow of information and commitments, including over the phone and electronically
  • Organize materials for meetings and travel plans
  • May have some responsibility for calendar management
About You

  • Associates degree and 5+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
