Due to our continued expansion, we seek an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeping and finance associate. Your primary focus in this role will be providing day-to-day support for ProSource showrooms while maintaining a smooth operational paper flow. You will be paid a competitive hourly wage of $18-20, with the potential for monthly and yearly bonuses. We offer a benefits package that includes healthcare, paid time off, and retirement. What you will do:

• Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices in a high-volume environment
• Obtain and apply vendor credits
• Cash reconciliation
• Reconcile vendor statements, job costing
• Create profit and loss statements and all general bookkeeping
• Filing and other duties as assigned

You might be a great fit if you have:

• A high school diploma
• Familiarity with accounting software systems - RFMS experience is a big plus
• 2+ years of accounts payable/bookkeeping experience
• An eye for detail and work with accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet communications
• The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with vendors and co-workers
• The ability to adapt and thrive under pressure
• The ability to maintain confidentiality
