Since 2014, Atlantic Outdoors has sold and installed outdoor living structures for dealers and manufacturers while maintaining high integrity, craftsmanship, and customer service. Our company has expanded to 3 divisions, including decks and modular buildings, and we are poised for tremendous growth in the future.

We seek a Construction Crew Member/Driver to join our team traveling from Maine to Florida to set up and install our high-quality pergolas, gazebos, modular buildings, and other outdoor structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leave early Monday mornings and return home on Friday to enjoy your weekends off.
• Drive our pickup/trailer and crew to and from job sites along the East Coast (Maine to Florida)
• Arrive at job sites that are prepped and ready to go with all materials on site
• Set up and install a wide range of outdoor structures, including pavilions, gazebos, pergolas, modular cabins, garages, and horse barns
• Perform a variety of construction tasks, including roofing, decking, fine trim work, flooring, tongue and groove wall boards, and ceilings

Who we are looking for:

• Experienced: 1+ years of construction, carpentry, framing, or roofing experience is required.
• Safety-Focused: A clean driving record for the past 5 years and a DOT medical card are required. Aware of your surroundings as you operate the truck on our customers' property, keeping the safety of our crew in mind.
• Team Player : Humble enough to admit mistakes and a drive to contribute to the team. Respectful to customers and coworkers, and a desire to build positive relationships with others.
• Adaptable: Someone flexible and able to adjust to changes on busy job sites.
• Dependable: Our crews rely on each other to get the job done on the road. We need someone who will bring the same work ethic every single day.
• Physical Capacity:  This is a physical position. You must be able to bend, kneel, work from ladders/scaffolding, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 75 lbs.

• Competitive Pay: $28-$33/hour, depending on experience and background

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of construction, carpentry, framing, or roofing experience is required
• Valid driver's license
• DOT medical card required
