Registered Dental Assistant

San Dimas Dental Group is looking for a skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Glendora, CA. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our practice, providing exceptional patient care and working closely with our dentists. Registered Dental Assistant

Prepare and sterilize dental rooms and equipment according to health and safety regulations.

Take clear and accurate diagnostic X-rays.

Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures with a strong understanding of four-handed dentistry.

Take accurate dental impressions or digital scans.

Understand and handle common dental materials and procedures.

Communicate dental procedures and patient needs clearly and empathetically.

Provide direct patient care, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Maintain organized patient records and documentation.

full-time $25 - $30 per hour

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The office is closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.

Knowledge of dental terminology and disinfection procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail.

A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions precisely.

Experience with operating medical imaging equipment.

• Basic life support
• CEREC
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Certified Orthodontic Assistant

Experience with CEREC scanning, design, and milling.

CPR and/or AED Certification.

Experience with orthodontics.
