Quality Inspection II

Salary: $52k-$62,400

Join a growing manufacturer where quality is at the center of everything we do! We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician II to help ensure products meet customer specifications, support production teams, and drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.
What You'll Do

• Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Complete first article inspections (FAIs), PPAP inspections, and dimensional checks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Verify products meet customer specifications before shipment.
• Investigate quality issues and work with production to resolve concerns.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct internal process and product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prioritize inspection activities to support production schedules.
• Train and mentor team members on inspection techniques and quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and other business software.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification is a plus.

Pay Details: $52,000.00 to $62,400.00 per year
