Job Description:

The Senior Field Service Engineer (Team Leader) is responsible for leading a team of field service engineers while performing installation, commissioning, qualification, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical and biotechnology equipment at customer sites. This role serves as a primary technical contact for customers, ensures high-quality service delivery, supports training initiatives, and maintains compliance with cGMP, safety, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, commissioning, qualifying, and servicing complex electro-mechanical or process equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills involving mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, calibration, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring field service teams.
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industry experience (cGMP preferred).
• Ability to travel 25–50% and work in customer, cleanroom, and production environments.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pharmaceutical or analytical equipment.
• Knowledge of automation and diagnostic software.
• Previous Senior FSE or Team Lead experience.
• Salesforce/FSM platform experience.
