Job Title: Benefits Specialist
Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + Commission (Expected Total: $80,000–$100,000+ annually within 2 years)
Job Description:

While prior experience in benefits or sales is a plus, it’s not required. What we value most is ambition, confidence, and a drive to succeed. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals to ensure your success.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma, driver's license, and a dependable vehicle
- Customer service experience
- Ability to retain and learn new skills and apply them to daily tasks
- Ability to pass PA Health Insurance exam- if not already obtained
- Ability to complete annual recertifications
