Job Title: Benefits Specialist
Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + Commission (Expected Total: $80,000–$100,000+ annually within 2 years)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, driver's license, and a dependable vehicle
• Customer service experience
• Ability to retain and learn new skills and apply them to daily tasks
• Ability to pass PA Health Insurance exam- if not already obtained
• Ability to complete annual recertifications
