Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Horsham, PA
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that offers competitive pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes with excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, but some may encounter 2-week periods. Our running schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.
No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.
Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, to $1,600 depending on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment, with options for vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
