As we continue to set new standards in the industry, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team.
Position Overview
As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the visibility, appeal, and success of our properties. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling property marketing campaigns, engaging prospective tenants, and providing expert market insights to our landlord partners. This is a hands-on role where initiative, communication, and relationship-building are key to redefining the leasing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and showcase properties to potential tenants, delivering exceptional experiences and detailed property knowledge.
- Develop and maintain positive, lasting relationships with tenants and prospective tenants.
- Understand lease terms and finalize agreements in alignment with company policies and best practices.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all properties are in pristine, move-in ready condition.
- Conduct move-in inspections and take high-quality photos of all properties.
- Lead and execute marketing initiatives to promote available units through MLS and multiple online platforms.
- Create engaging, results-driven advertisements and monitor their performance.
- Develop data-informed pricing strategies based on current market trends and competitor analysis.
- Provide landlords with strategic marketing feedback and detailed weekly performance updates.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all tenant inquiries and communications.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Active Real Estate License required.
- 1–3 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or a related field with progressive responsibilities.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties.
- Availability to work weekends as needed to meet client and business demands.
