Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Reading, PA is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the upcoming academic school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to support the educational and emotional well-being of students across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and intervention services to address behavioral and emotional needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with district and legal guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state
• Experience providing psychological services within K-12 educational settings
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
