"On-Ramp" Senior Systems Architect

Mancor PA, Inc., Allentown, PA seeks "On-Ramp" Senior Systems Architect to oversee the development and integration of Mancor USA's IT infrastructure, customizing the OnRamp ERP system to automate manufacturing processes, migrate data, create real-time dashboards, set operational alerts, and streamline supply chain integration, ensuring alignment with Mancor's corporate policies and objectives. Analyze manufacturing workflows, engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for OnRamp ERP configurations, optimizing production scheduling, inventory management, and operational efficiency to meet business needs. Troubleshoot issues related to OnRamp ERP deployments and maintain technological infrastructure (networks, cloud, and databases), ensuring secure, scalable systems through monitoring, database query optimization, and delivery of manufacturing analytics for performance insights. Build and update software architecture, integrating AI/ML solutions for quality control and predictive maintenance, and deploying IoT systems for real-time data collection from manufacturing equipment, enhancing quality assurance, cycle-time analysis, and operational performance. Collaborate with plant, business development, and IT leadership teams to evaluate system performance, develop innovative OnRamp ERP features, and lead cross-functional teams using structured methodologies to deliver solutions that improve IT processes and drive business value. Will travel 5% US and/or Int'l to other company plants or Canadian headquarters for quarterly meetings. May Telecommute.

Requires Bachelor's (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Business Administration or related and five (5) yrs. (post-degree, progressive) experience in Job Offered or related. Experience must have included Designing, deploying and implementing an all-in-one manufacturing integrated ERP using OnRamp to support manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency; Analyze manufacturing workflows, gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications that align with business goals; Designing database structures, honing complex, data performant queries and delivering actionable business intelligence for manufacturing analytics and operational experience utilizing MSFT SQL Server and Power BI including executive dashboards, OEE and production analytics; Architecting cloud-based and hybrid infrastructures, managing migrations, and ensuring secure, scalable network operations using Google Cloud Platform, VMware & ESXi on-prem & hybrid; Developing AI/ML models to optimize manufacturing processes including quality control and operational efficiency; Integrating Generative AI-powered features to enhance user experience and drive business value utilizing Python & PyTorch, TensorFlow and OpenAI; Deploying IoT devices and systems for real-time data collection to enhance manufacturing performance using RS232/485, MTConnect protocols, ladder logic, and programming hardware PLC's, RPI's and PIC micro controller; Managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver system solutions that drive business value using ERP, AI/ML, IoT and infrastructure initiatives; Evaluating, deploying, and customizing the OnRamp ERP system leveraging: WebAPI for process automation, Data Convert Module for seamless data migration, Customized dashboards for real-time insights, EDI specifications for streamlined supply chain integration, Notifications for operational alerts and Utilizing GIT source version control techniques and debugging and maintaining codebases in VB6, VB .NET, Python, Java and JavaScript.
