Line Cook
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing guest orders according to menu guidelines, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and supporting a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items accurately, efficiently, and according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with preparation of stock items, ingredients, and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout each shift.
- Help keep the kitchen clean, sanitary, and fully stocked.
- Work cooperatively with other kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure smooth service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during busy service periods.
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift typical kitchen supplies as needed.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Flexible scheduling is available, but candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays. Day, evening, and peak service shifts may be required based on business needs.
