Architectural Revit Technician
Noelker and Hull is hiring multiple Architectural Revit Technician positions to join our Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and Frederick, Maryland offices.
In this role, the Architectural Revit Technician will assist an architectural design team in production by preparing layouts, details, schedules, and complete architectural drawings and documents for senior living, healthcare, religious, and educational projects.
Job Description:
- Concept development of architectural designs.
- Preparation of presentation and design drawings.
- Selection and knowledge of current and appropriate materials and products.
- Effective communication with consultants and internal teams.
- Adherence to internal and client standards.
Experience:
- Strong understanding of architectural Autodesk Revit modeling concepts.
- Understanding architectural drawings and the ability to produce construction documents.
- Able to show understanding of how to coordinate architectural modeling with consulting disciplines, including structural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Experience in assisting with the development of construction documents in a working environment is helpful.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a drafting and design program or a related discipline at an accredited technical school, college, or university AND 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
- Fundamental proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu preferred, but not required.
